I bought a B21 machine 8 months ago and it has stopped charging so I am not able to use it . The supplier has not honored the one year guarantee and just ignore any communication . I have been trying for two months now to get this resolved and now my correspondence is just ignored . Not a great experience at all .

I ordered my Niimbot B21 printer and received it the next day in Black Friday week, so I was super impressed with the quick service from both Niimbot and The Courier Guy.
The next day I set up the App on my Android Phone, and within 5 minutes had printed my first basic label from the Niimbot Template Library.
My B21 only prints in black/white so make sure you have a decent image to print. The machine is super easy to set up and use. I love the fact that it "magically" detects the sized label you have loaded and you can quickly design a text/image label using your phone, printing it direct to your thermal printer. The labels are of good quality and there are so many to choose from, just ensure you choose labels for your specific printer.
I'd definitely recommend this printer, worth every cent! Thank you to Ryan and the Team.

Great printer thus far and was delivered he next day from Durban to Johannesburg. Only problem is the restriction on label designs unless one gets the paid version.
